At Sun Plumbing, your booking and service request are very important to us! We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your booking, we respectfully request 24 hours notice.

Our policy: 

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text or phone call will be processed without cost to you, and a new booking will be scheduled, subject to availability.

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance of your booking will result in a cancellation fee of $129. This includes appointments where our plumbing and gas specialist is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is a no-show.

• We kindly request a credit card to secure your booking. In the event of cancellation, a fee of $129 will be charged. Failure to make this payment may result in a refusal of future service or further action.

 

This policy allows us to efficiently manage our plumbing and gas specialists’ schedules and ensure we can accommodate the needs of all our valued customers.

As we understand that true, unavoidable emergencies arise, exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
